There are two current female roommates, both are in their mid twenties, a nurse, and a recent law school graduate, they are both very sweet and respectful roommates and easy to get along with. The building itself is very clean and secure and is privately managed, which means that things get fixed very quickly! The apartment is a 3 bedroom apartments, heat and hot water are included, there is 1 bathroom, a kitchen, living room, and laundry and storage in the basement I am moving West and looking for someone to sublet this room from May-August 31st.
